A useful starting point

Make the next step clear.

For business owners, HR and safety leaders who want practical help with workplace mental health and psychosocial safety. We look at how work is organised, how people are supported and what leaders need to put agreed improvements into practice.

Find your starting point

Understand what is already in place, where the gaps are and which priorities need attention first.

Support your leaders

Give supervisors practical ways to handle conversations, support their teams and follow through on concerns.

Build on your training

Connect learning to workplace actions, clear responsibilities and regular progress reviews.

Built to fit

What your advisory could include

Every workplace is assessed individually. Together, we agree the right combination of support, deliverables and timing. These are possible components of your custom service.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Workplace review and consultation

Conversations with leaders and workers, plus a review of current arrangements, to understand workplace pressures and priorities.

02 / PRIORITISE

A practical improvement plan

Agreed actions with clear owners, achievable timeframes and a way to track progress. This might start with three priority improvements.

03 / BUILD SKILLS

Supervisor practice and mentoring

Realistic scenarios, guided conversation practice, feedback and support for applying skills between sessions.

04 / CONNECT LEARNING

Targeted workshops and training

Learning selected for the needs identified, from awareness sessions to practical leadership skills and follow-up workplace tasks.

05 / CLARIFY SUPPORT

Clear support pathways

Help clarify who people can approach, what supervisors can do and when concerns need specialist support or escalation.

06 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Progress reviews and ongoing advice

Check-ins to review agreed actions, work through barriers and adjust the plan as your workplace learns what is useful.

How it fits together

Advisory gives the work direction.

The advisory sets priorities and supports follow-through. Workshops and training can be selected as part of that plan, alongside improvements to workplace arrangements.

Your pathway

Assess. Plan. Put it into practice.

We build the service with you so it fits your workplace, the support you already have and your capacity to act.

Could this be a 90-day advisory?

Yes. A focused 90-day engagement may be a useful starting point. It could include a workplace review, three agreed improvements, two practical supervisor sessions and reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days. The scope, duration and review schedule are agreed after assessing your workplace.

  1. 1. Understand your workplace

Start with a conversation about your concerns, people, existing arrangements and what you want to achieve. Agree how the workplace will be assessed.

  2. 2. Build your custom advisory

Agree priorities, activities, responsibilities and how progress will be reviewed before the service begins.

  3. 3. Put the plan into practice

Work with your nominated contact and relevant leaders to carry out agreed actions and practise useful skills.

  4. 4. Review and refine

Check what has changed, what people are using and what still needs attention. Agree the next steps together.

A few common questions

Is this right for your workplace?

Do we need to know exactly what support we need?

No. The introductory conversation is a starting point. We discuss what is happening, what you already have in place and how an assessment of your workplace could help clarify the next steps.

Can you work alongside our existing HR, safety or wellbeing support?

Yes. The advisory is shaped around your existing people, policies, training and support providers. We agree how to work together and where responsibilities sit.

Is this a fixed package?

No. The components above are examples. Your scope, deliverables, timeframe and level of support are agreed after your workplace is individually assessed.

What does our business need to contribute?

A nominated contact, access to the relevant people and information, and time to act on agreed priorities. Your leaders and workers help shape the plan, and the business owns its workplace decisions and actions.

Does the service include a formal risk assessment?

If a formal psychosocial risk assessment is needed, we discuss and agree that scope with you. The advisory can also help you act on an existing assessment. Specialist WHS, legal or clinical input is arranged or referred separately where appropriate.
